Job Description

Remote work in Greece Equipment provided

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers through phone chat and email channels
  • Monitor and oversee cases until they are efficiently resolved
  • Cultivate and uphold professional relationships with partners demonstrating empathy consistently
  • Address customer queries and address or escalate technical issues they encounter
  • Adhere to established diagnostic protocols prioritizing efficient resolution of commonly asked questions

What you will need:

  • Fluent level of Dutch language (at least C1)
  • Good level of English language (at least B2)
  • Communication skills

What you will gain:
