Job Description
Process Fusion Inc. is seeking a Software Developer to join us as a permanent employee. Reporting to the Software Development Manager marketing and service delivery working primarily on existing software and products. You will be working with a small team of awesome peers working towards a common goal using newer technologies or modifying existing products to provide solutions to customers.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for creating innovative web applications. You will work closely with our product managers designers and other developers to deliver highquality web solutions that meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Development Projects: Take ownership of web development projects from concept to completion ensuring highquality and timely delivery.
Design and Implement Solutions: Design develop and maintain web applications ensuring they are scalable efficient and userfriendly.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and other developers to define project requirements and specifications.
Code Review and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Stay Updated: Keep uptodate with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices in web development.
Debug and Optimize: Identify and fix bugs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Security: Ensure the security of web applications by implementing best practices and staying informed about potential vulnerabilities.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for code processes and tools.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional web development experience. Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g. React Angular Vue.js). o Strong understanding of serverside languages and frameworks (e.g. Node.js Python Ruby on Rails).
Experience with databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. o Experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Degree: Master s degree in a relevant field.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Developer Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
Experience with Agile/Scrum: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum environment
