Job Description
About the project:
You will be providing services for a social media platform where users can connect with friends and family share updates photos and videos and join groups of interest. It also provides messaging and offers advertising services for businesses.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide support to small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels chat (live channel) email and phone
- Provide pre and postsales support for all selfservice products;
- Provide product and tool support to improve clients experience;
- Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What you will gain:
