About the Role: As an Intern Customer Success Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client a leading visitor management system provider and gain handson experience in customer success management. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals contributing to realworld projects and learning the ropes of customer success management in a dynamic tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of customer success strategies tailored to the visitor management systems users.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer success initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Support in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback address concerns and build strong relationships.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Strong interest in customer success account management or client relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to problemsolve and make datadriven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or coursework related to customer success or client management.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Basic understanding of customer success metrics and methodologies.
