Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WorkDay HRMS Software Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with HRMS software preferably Workday either as a developer or during software migration projects. They should be wellversed in SQL and have a solid understanding of People and Culture data sets. The candidate should possess excellent project management skills and be a strong communicator. Tableau Dashboard development experience is a plus. Responsibilities: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and optimize WorkDay HRMS software. Management and timely communication on the currently running projects for Q4 Participate in software migration of WorkDay ensuring smooth transition and data integrity. Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports for data extraction and analysis. Work closely with People and Culture data sets ensuring accurate and uptodate information. Provide guidance and support to endusers addressing any technical issues or concerns. Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring successful completion within set deadlines. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in HR technology and WorkDay software. Support on ongoing Tableau development Requirements: Minimum 06months of professional experience working with WorkDay or any HRMS software. Strong knowledge and experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis. Previous experience working with People and Culture data sets is highly desired. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams. Strong problemsolving abilities with a proactive and analytical mindset. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Human Resources or a related field.
