Job Description

As a Telecaller Executive your role is vital in establishing and maintaining communication with customers or clients. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. Your ability to engage customers build rapport and convey information effectively will directly impact the businesss success.


Key responsibilities


  • Making outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Generating sales leads through cold calling.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Explaining product or service features benefits and pricing.
  • Following up on customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Handling customer objections and complaints professionally.
  • Adhering to scripts and regulations to maintain compliance.
  • Providing information about products and services to potential customers.
  • Keeping uptodate with product knowledge and relevant industry trends.
  • Contributing to team efforts to achieve sales targets.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.


Required qualifications


  • Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Ability to be persuasive and influence others effectively.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and complaints professionally.
  • Highly selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and practices.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus.
  • Ability to effectively manage a large volume of outbound calls.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience in a call center or telemarketing environment is an advantage.
