Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of blockchain solutions and applications.
• Manage and mentor a team of blockchain developers and engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define requirements for blockchain projects.
• Architect and build decentralized applications using blockchain technology.
• Ensure the security and integrity of blockchain infrastructure and smart contracts.
• Implement and maintain distributed ledger systems for transparent and tamperproof recordkeeping.
• Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies and trends.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards within the team.
• Participate in the planning and execution of blockchain integration projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex blockchainrelated issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for blockchain solutions and processes.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate blockchain technology into existing systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of blockchain developers.
• Extensive handson experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum Hyperledger or Corda.
• Solid understanding of cryptographic principles and secure coding practices.
• Proficiency in smart contract development using Solidity or similar languages.
• Indepth knowledge of distributed ledger technology and consensus algorithms.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency protocols token standards and wallet integration.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing blockchain solutions within enterprise environments.
• Experience in conducting code reviews performance optimization and scalability planning for blockchain applications.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and privacy considerations in blockchain implementations.
• Relevant certifications in blockchain development or security (e.g. Certified Blockchain Developer Certified Ethereum Developer) are a plus.
