Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for understanding the business and technology challenges of the customer and articulating a functional and technical storyboarding
- Conduct presales product / solutions presentations and demonstrations
- Acquire thorough knowledge of the products and be customer facing within a quarter from the date of recruitment
- Coordinate with technical services / delivery team for solutions articulation and feasibility
- Managing presales and drafting the overall technofunctional proposals
- Responding to online bids / RFI(s) / RFP(s)well within deadlines
- Prepare/write customer proposals and tender response
- Creating and updating proposal templates and proposal material in a timely manner
- Preparing and reviewing customized reports that go to senior management and other stakeholders periodically.
- Coordinating sales strategy technical design project management commercial input authorization and formal document production and negotiations.
Desired Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT solutions and presales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills which involves the ability to articulate clearly to the various stakeholders at the appropriate time using the relevant medium
- Proven track record of supporting sales in achieving their quota
- Experienced in moving opportunities through the sales cycle in terms of proposing and presenting the solutions
- Willingness to travel extensively as and when required
