Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions and applications.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow platform functionalities as per business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications to ensure seamless operations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow solutions and configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
• Participate in testing debugging and performance tuning of ServiceNow applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and related integrations.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices new features and industry trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service management processes using ServiceNow.
• Train and mentor other team members on ServiceNow development best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or relevant field.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS for ServiceNow development.
• Indepth knowledge of ITSM processes and CMDB concepts.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with thirdparty applications and systems.
• Proficient in Agile development methodologies and related tools.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within defined timelines.
• Security Clearance or willingness to undergo security clearance checks as per organizational requirements.
