Tech Lead- Blockchain

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage the delivery of Blockchain projects from inception to completion

• Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team ensuring best practices in blockchain technology smart contract development and DApp implementation.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including clients developers and partners to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively balancing project demands with team capabilities and availability.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and implement mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques ensuring timely and accurate reporting of project status to senior management.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement seeking opportunities to enhance processes tools and methodologies within the delivery framework.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading Blockchainrelated projects.
• Strong programming skills with proficiency in Go lang Solidity JavaScript and other relevant languages.
• Technical Expertise: Indepth knowledge of blockchain technologies smart contracts DApps and decentralized finance (DeFi). Experience with Ethereum Solidity and other relevant blockchain platforms and programming languages.
• Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum etc.) and tools (JIRA Trello etc.).
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Certification in project management (PMP PRINCE2 or similar).
• Experience with DeFi protocols and NFT marketplaces.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services (AWS Azure Google Cloud)
