Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Representative with 12 years of experience in sales preferably in an ecommerce environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads reaching out to potential customers via telephone and closing sales deals. The Tele Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services and generate sales leads.
- Identify customer needs and provide information and to address inquiries and concerns.
- Present persuasive sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Utilize sales techniques to close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences market trends and service improvements.
