Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Edtech sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education market excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Generate leads through various channels including cold calling email campaigns networking and social media.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our Edtech solutions to potential clients.
Sales and Negotiation:
Achieve sales targets by successfully closing deals with educational institutions corporate training centers and other relevant organizations.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients.
Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Education or a related field.
Proven experience in business development sales or a related role preferably in the Edtech sector.
Strong understanding of the education market and technology solutions.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
