AssociateJunior Cyber Security Trainer

• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on cybersecurity topics including but not limited to network security application security and threat management.
• Blockchain Expertise: Deliver specialized training on blockchain technology including its principles architecture and applications in cybersecurity.
• Curriculum Development: Design and develop training materials including presentations handson labs and assessment tools ensuring content is uptodate with the latest industry standards and trends.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Evaluate trainees progress through tests assignments and practical exercises providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Mentoring & Support: Offer mentorship and support to trainees addressing their queries and providing additional resources to aid their learning process.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest developments in cybersecurity and blockchain technology to continuously improve training programs and materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive training experience

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Work Experience: 24 years of experience in delivering cybersecurity training.
• Knowledge: Indepth understanding of cybersecurity principles practices and tools.
• Blockchain Expertise: Strong knowledge of blockchain technology including relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Blockchain Professional Blockchain Security Professional).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easytounderstand manner.
• Technical Proficiency: Handson experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
• ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g. CISSP CEH) and blockchain technology are mandatory.

• Previous experience working in a corporate training environment or educational institution.
• Certifications: Additional certifications in specialized areas of cybersecurity
