Job Description
Hiring for Nepalis language interpreter for remote opening
voice process with rotational sifts (ok to work in night sift as well)
salary up to 40kctc remote role
fresher with fluent understanding of Nepalis as well as English are also considerd
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Nepali Interpreter to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient interpretation services to ensure clear communication between our clients and Nepalispeaking customers. This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide realtime interpretation services from English to Nepali and vice versa.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and chat interactions requiring interpretation.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring highquality service.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Nepali and English (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in interpretation or translation preferred.
- Excellent listening comprehension and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service orientation and problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with BPO operations and CRM software is an advantage
