Description

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at a reputable Middle School in East Brunswick New Jersey. This is a fulltime and hybrid position allowing you to work both in the office and from home. The selected candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to students parents and staff ensuring a positive educational experience. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for inquiries assistance and problem resolution contributing significantly to our mission of fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist parents students and staff with inquiries regarding school policies programs and services.
  • Handle and resolve complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide administrative support including managing correspondence maintaining records and assisting with enrollment processes.
  • Coordinate communications between teachers administration and families to ensure clarity and transparency.
  • Support the implementation of school initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct followups on inquiries to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Participate in training sessions and continue professional development as needed.
  • Assist with event coordination and scheduling as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field ideally in an educational setting with a maximum of 4 years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively engage with a diverse audience.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize work and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Empathy and patience while dealing with individuals of varying backgrounds and circumstances.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
