Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization providing excellent customer service and support to clients visitors and staff. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations efficiently and effectively ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering Calls: Handle incoming phone calls directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Managing Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments meetings and reservations.
- Providing Information: Offer accurate information about the company services and local amenities.
- Maintaining Security: Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols including issuing visitor badges.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry filing and maintaining office supplies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain updated records of visitors appointments and other relevant information.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Office Management: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (e.g. pens forms and brochures).
