Job Description:

Review business impact analysis (BIA) to identify critical business processes dependencies RTO's.

.

Develop and maintain business continuity plans ensuring they align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

.

Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential disruptions on business operations.

.

Coordinate and facilitate business continuity exercises such as tabletop simulations and crisis response drills to test the effectiveness of the plans and identify areas for improvement.

.

Assist in the development of incident response plans to effectively manage and respond to critical incidents.

.

Maintain documentation of business continuity plans procedures and incident response activities ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

.

Proven experience in business continuity management including validating Business Impacts Analysis Reviewing continuity plans and a managing crisis response.

.

Involve in testing and QA activities in collaboration with internal Client team during any new release or upgrade of the application used in ITBCM team.

.

Involve in daytoday activities as allocated by the Internal Client Teams Manager in relation to the maintenance of this application related to any Impact Assessment BCP Plan or Exercise.

.

Involve in the reporting and follow up as directed by the Internal Client Team for the successful completion of projects or any initiatives as part of ITBCM team.

Desired Skill:

Technical

Cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS /GCP) Certification / Business Continuity / Crisis Management experience / Reporting Skills / Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks standards and methodologies.
