Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Practical Nursing Coordinator (RN) for contract positions in various healthcare facilities throughout Canada. As a Practical Nursing Coordinator with Explore Med Staffing Solutions you will oversee the practical nursing staff ensuring highquality patient care and effective coordination of nursing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of practical nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide clinical guidance support and mentorship to practical nurses.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations standards and facility policies.
• Assist in the recruitment orientation and training of new nursing staff.
• Address patient concerns and collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a provincial regulatory body in Canada.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
