Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Clinical Nurse Research Coordinator for contract positions in various healthcare facilities throughout Canada. As a Clinical Nurse Research Coordinator with Explore Med Staffing Solutions you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing clinical research studies ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee clinical research studies including participant recruitment enrollment and followup.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Collect manage and analyze research data maintaining accurate and detailed records.
• Collaborate with investigators healthcare professionals and research staff to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
• Monitor and report adverse events and study progress to regulatory authorities and sponsors.
• Educate and inform study participants about research protocols procedures and potential risks and benefits.
• Assist in the preparation of studyrelated documents including informed consent forms study protocols and reports.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of clinical research regulations guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a provincial regulatory body in Canada.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research methodologies regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Excellent organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
