Job Description

  • Identify market, customer segments, customer needs for new products/services/promotions, offers and services.
  • Analyze different types of data coming from different sources and different platforms to share solid feedbacks to business owners about what to do exactly for different objectives (sell more, improve service/product, create a service/product, etc..)
  • Manage the day to day in-house digital paid media process from planning to execution, and reporting for all digital performance-based campaigns.
  • Manage the day to day campaign bidding and performance optimization for digital media campaigns against agreed upon KPI’s.
  • Create world class campaigns that focus on driving down best CPC, CPA, CPL, CPS, CPM, CAC, LTV and increasing CTR leading to a better ROI and sales conversions.
  • Own the digital reporting and analytics process for all digital media campaigns, manage the data integration process for all dashboards, and provide weekly, monthly, performance updates across digital advertising channels.
  • Own and manage the digital media budget and spend against target goals and ensure campaigns are created and implemented with maximal media efficiency.
  • Understand cross-functional goals between different business units, and processes to strategically create better alignment in the areas of budgeting, planning, reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with new media trends and techniques, and continuously identify new opportunities to increase the performance of performance-based acquisition campaigns.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to develop creative assets and advertising material, and work closely with them on creating efficient briefing and delivery process.
