Job Description
- Set action plans that guarantee the achievement of KPIs
- Manage the performance of the team to achieve the target for all products assigned to this channel
- Validate the commission calculation for the team and ensure alignment with the agreed-on SLA
- Follow up on team training to ensure full knowledge of Umniah's products, services and sales skills...etc.
- Ensure sales quality and after sales service provided by the team
- Perform regular visits to the market to assess operations on ground
- Coordinate with the product owners, the finance, and all stakeholders regarding the current offers and competitors' movements and set the needed action plans
- Follow up on solving customers' cases with the support function
- Manage all operations related to this channel in efficient way
