Job Description
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with our goals and brand identity.
- Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members.
- Pitch ideas and present the creative vision clearly, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the creative team.
- Ensure that all of the organization’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
- Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
- Distill abstract business concepts and needs into elegant creative solutions.
- Monitor team performance and oversee their work.
- Mentor the design team.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.
- Responsible for handing a group of accounts.
