JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A TRAINER (AU MORTGAGE BROKING)
Your Responsibilities as Trainer (AU Mortgage Broking) would be:
Identify and assess the mortgage training needs of the organization.
Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
Enhance and develop existing training manuals that target tangible results.
Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets business needs and improves performance.
Managing/filing training materials on database and create master files of each document as required.
Drive brand values and philosophy though all training and development activities.
Process building and creating process documents/materials.
Communicating with senior management to understand their training needs for their employees.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Qualifications as Trainer (AU Mortgage Broking):
Bachelor s degree in Sales Business Administration Accounting or relevant field or similar.
Experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant and in loan processing under the Australian mortgage industry is required.
Experience and proven track record with training facilitation developing and executing successful training programs developing processes and creating training materials.
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM Asana or HubSpot).
Experience with Brokers CRM Systems (e.g. Aggregator Applyonline/Simpology (LoanApp)) and lodgment systems.
Strong conceptual thinking resourcefulness diligence attention to detail and creative problemsolving skills.
