Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Vasai West. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English and a proven track record in B2B sales particularly via telecalling.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential business clients and present our products/services.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling networking and referrals.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Record and update all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve performance.
Attend regular training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales preferably via telecalling.
Fluent in Hindi and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
