Job Summary:
Our client a leading Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) seeks a dedicated and experienced Call Center Nurse. The Call Center Nurse will deliver telephonic medical advice accurate triage and strong patient support to ensure optimal care and information delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Triage and Advice:
Conduct telephonic assessments to accurately evaluate patients medical conditions
Provide suitable medical advice recommendations and necessary escalations following established protocols and guidelines.
Patient Education and Support:
Educate patients on managing their health conditions provide information on medication usage lifestyle changes.
offer emotional support during stressful situations.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Accurately document patient interactions medical advice and any recommended followup actions in the patient management system while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaboration with Healthcare Providers:
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients
Facilitate referrals to appropriate healthcare services or specialists as needed.
Job Specifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN).
Valid nursing license (RN).
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to accurately assess and triage patient conditions.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey medical information clearly and compassionately.
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other call center software.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle highstress situations effectively.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
