What you will be doing:

• Approve wires from 8 am 2/3 pm.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned/needed.
• Work with a second wire approver to release 5090 wires daily.
• Ensure each wire meets dual approval standards.
• Pay attention to detail to decide whether a wire should be released or sent back for edits.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Handle up to 100 emails a day keeping track of relevant communications.

Experience you will need:

• Any experience setting up and reviewing wires is a plus.
• General computer skills.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Creating and dissolving LLCs is a significant plus.
