Job Overview: Step into the Spotlight of Workday Innovations
Be part of our client s team as a Workday Integrations Lead. You will lead the implementation of Workday Integrations collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions and guide a team of consultants to deliver topquality results. Your expertise will drive innovation and excellence in every project.
Shift: Night Shift (Shifting)
Work setup: Permanent Work From Home (WFH)
Responsibilities: Your Mission in the Integration Arena
- Lead the implementation of Workday Integrations for clients
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
- Lead a team of consultants to deliver highquality solutions
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that integrations are delivered on time and within budget
- Stay uptodate with the latest Workday Reporting trends and best practices
Requirements
Qualifications Needed: Gear Up with These Essential Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Workday Integration Partner Certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday Integrations
- Strong understanding of Workday Integrations processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Workday CCB and/or Studio certificates are a plus
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills the ability to work independently and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should also have a strong understanding of Workday Integrations and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
