Job Title Admin Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to join our team in the Pharma industry. The ideal candidate will have 47 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the office.

Responsibilities:

. Oversee and manage administrative staff
. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
. Manage schedules and deadlines
. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
. Manage phone calls and correspondence (email letters packages etc.)
. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
. Create and update records and databases with personnel financial and other data

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Admin Manager or similar role
Proficient in MS Office
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Problemsolving skills
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role within the pharmaceutical industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with office management software and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
