Job Description

This is a remote position.


The role of a Client Relations Coordinator is pivotal in maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services and addressing any concerns they may have. Additionally they play a crucial role in expanding our business by identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling to existing clients. This position may also involve tasks such as market research data analysis and strategizing to enhance client retention and satisfaction. Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist clients in understanding and utilizing our services and offerings.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via email phone and chat.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update databases as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the team to devise and implement strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Contribute to establishing new client relationships and business opportunities.
  • Ensure client accounts are managed effectively to maintain satisfaction.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive product and service information.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Work with team members to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies for client retention.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a customer service or clientfacing role is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills including strong writing and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
