Job Description
This is a remote position.
Scope
- Manage approximately 4 projects per week
- Handle projects with an average value of $5000
- Work 2040 hours per week depending on workload
- Potential for performancebased incentives per completed project
Schedule:
- Parttime flexible (20hours/week) Flexible hours maybe 4 hours a day five days a week
Client Timezone: Pacific Time (PT) California
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage painting jobs
- Perform job costing analysis
- Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure project progress
- Monitor job progress using Company Cam software
- Request and manage 5star reviews from clients
- Schedule final walkthroughs
- Manage staffing levels and conduct preliminary hiring calls for subcontractors
- Post content to social media on a weekly basis
- Assist with accounting tasks
- Conduct project management duties to ensure successful completion
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in project management software or quick learner for new tools
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with social media management
