Job Description

  • Automate and analyze CAIS platform subscription transfer and redemption documents
  • Maintain and update all documents hosted on the CAIS platform (i.e. share class supplements disclosure forms etc.)
  • Perform qualitative testing of automated transaction engine documentation (i.e. subscriptions transfers account maintenance etc.)
  • Define automation strategy ensure testability and relentlessly pursue automation
  • Serve as liaison between CAIS and fund administrators for all product onboarding and fulfillment kit management
  • Consult on Technology Operations & Client Service initiatives for proper legal compliance
  • Ad hoc requests determined based on capacity skill and interests.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree required
  • Entry level with <1 year experience in finance or financial services industry
  • SQL and Java knowledge required for scripting
  • Familiarity with Adobe Pro preferred
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical defects down to the root cause
  • Detailoriented
  • Familiarity with private fund offering documents preferred
  • Basic understanding of Alternative Investments


Manual Testing or Automation Testing, SQL and JAVA script knowledge
