We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultants and Lead Generators to join our team. This is a commissiononly position offering unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to work remotely with autonomy.

As a Sales Consultant at Rosies People you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will leverage your existing network and develop new relationships with potential clients to promote our various services and drive sales. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is selfdriven goaloriented and thrives in a dynamic and fastpaced industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through research networking emails and coldcalling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Generate and follow up on leads to increase sales pipeline
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients showcasing the benefits of working with Rosies People
  • Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales lead generation or business development preferably in a variety of industries
  • A strong network of decisionmakers in companies and organisations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage sales activities and track progress
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
