Position: Environmental Health Specialist

Our Client a leading environmental consulting firm in Michigan USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Health Specialist to join their team on a fulltime permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that is dedicated to providing innovative solutions to environmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct environmental health assessments and inspections in accordance with state and federal regulations

Identify potential health hazards and recommend appropriate remediation measures

Review and evaluate environmental impact reports and other related documents

Develop and implement environmental health programs and policies

Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients on environmental health issues

Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and scientists to develop comprehensive solutions

Conduct training and educational programs on environmental health topics

Stay uptodate on current environmental health regulations and best practices

Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports

Communicate effectively with clients government agencies and other stakeholders

Participate in meetings and conferences related to environmental health

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Environmental Health Public Health or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental health or a related field

Knowledge of state and federal environmental health regulations

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
