Job Description

What we want:
The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate and publisher relationships to drive both performance and brand awareness for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in affiliate marketing a strong network of affiliate partners and the ability to manage and optimize both performancebased and brand awareness campaigns including leveraging OvertheTop (OTT) Quick commerce Food delivery platforms among others.

What you will do:
Affiliate Network Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key affiliate and publisher partners to ensure longterm growth and success
Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network and diversify revenue streams
Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures to ensure competitive and profitable partnerships
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to ensure campaigns meet performance and brand awareness goals
Understanding and ability to curate Intellectual Properties (IPs) in collaborations with affiliate and publisher partners

Client Relations
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding affiliate marketing activities.
Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients showcasing the value and impact of affiliate marketing strategies.
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and tailor affiliate marketing strategies to meet their needs.

Campaign Management
Oversee the setup tracking and optimization of affiliate campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and brand visibility.
Utilize datadriven insights to optimize campaigns and improve campaign s success metrics
Provide regular performance reports and analysis to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in all affiliate activities

Requirements

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to build and maintain partnerships with affiliates and publishers
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate strategies and results to clients and stakeholders
Project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
Problemsolving abilities to address and resolve issues in a timely manner
Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in affiliate marketing
