Job Description

What we want:
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive branding strategies across various digital platforms. This role requires proficiency in managing campaigns on social media video display programmatic native and audio advertising platforms. The successful candidate will be skilled in optimizing metrics like impressions reach frequency views clicks CTR and VTR to enhance campaign performance and achieve branding objectives.

What you will do:
Social Platforms
Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Expertise in managing brand awareness campaigns. Optimization includes:
Impressions: Increase visibility through strategic ad placements
Reach & Frequency: Adjust settings to maximize audience exposure and control how often they see the ads
Views & VTR: Optimize video ad placements to increase viewthrough rates
Clicks & CTR: Enhance ad creative and targeting to drive clickthrough rates
LinkedIn: Proficiency in leveraging sponsored content and sponsored InMail. Optimization includes:
Impressions & Reach: Target professional audiences to boost visibility
Views: Optimize content for higher engagement rates
Clicks & CTR: Improve ad relevance and targeting to enhance clickthrough rates
Twitter: Knowledgeable in managing promoted tweets and trends. Optimization includes:
Impressions & Reach: Extend the reach of branded messages
Views: Optimize video content for better engagement
Clicks & CTR: Enhance ad creative and targeting to drive clicks

Video Advertising
YouTube: Proficient in various ad formats including:
TrueView InStream Ads (Skippable): Optimize for views and VTR by engaging content
TrueView Discovery Ads: Increase impressions and clicks by appearing in search results
NonSkippable InStream Ads: Focus on views and VTR due to mandatory viewing
Bumper Ads: Enhance impressions and views with brief impactful content
YouTube Masthead Ads: Maximize impressions and reach with prominent placements
Instant Reserve: Ensure high impressions and reach with premium visibility
Display Advertising (e.g. Google Display Network (GDN): Proficient in managing display ads.
Programmatic Advertising (e.g. DV360): Skilled in programmatic buying for display and video ads including OTT platforms.
Native Advertising (e.g. Outbrain Taboola): Skill in crafting compelling native ads that align with the look and feel of publisher sites likelihood of brand awareness visibility engagement and recall.
Contextual targeting: Skill in serving brand s ads alongside relevant content/keywords of the web pages increasing the likelihood of brand awareness visibility engagement and recall.
Audio Advertising (e.g. Spotify Podcasts etc.): Proficiency in placing audio ads.
Analytics and Insights Tools (e.g. GWI Comscore Google Insight Finder Reach Planner Data.ai Similarweb): Ability to use these tools for audience insights campaign performance analysis and optimizing branding strategies.

Requirements

BE (any stream) from a reputed engineering college (Preferred)
Brief Stage
Understand client briefs thoroughly and proactively engage with clients to ask necessary questions that might be missing but are crucial for starting media strategy development
Comprehend the client s objectives or suggest one along with associated success metrics if the client is uncertain
Utilize audience insights to determine appropriate targeting and platforms relevant to the product and brand based on the decoded brief and the agreedupon success metrics
Media Planning
After defining the media strategy targeting and platforms develop a media plan with a balanced media mix across selected digital platforms based on allocated budgets. If the client is uncertain or unsure about the budget suggest the required amount while ensuring successful delivery of defined objectives and success metrics
Campaign Execution and Optimization:
Ensure successful execution of campaigns while managing and optimizing defined success metrics
Deliver results consistently with the majority of campaigns exceeding defined success metrics benchmarks
Review and Reporting:
Strategize and create monthly and annual review decks based on campaign performance
Present these review decks to clients highlighting key insights and recommendations for future strategies
