Talent Source is seeking Junior Aerospace Manufacturing Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in aerospace manufacturing with a strong commitment to precision quality and adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assembly installation and repair of aerospace components and systems according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and work instructions to accurately perform manufacturing tasks.
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools ensuring proper functionality and safety.
  • Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications and standards.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to address and resolve production issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and compliance with quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry standards technologies and best practices in aerospace manufacturing.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in aerospace manufacturing preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or a related field.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes tools and equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in performing manufacturing tasks.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects standing for extended periods and working in confined spaces.
