Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing electrical HVAC and general repairs.

Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.

Maintain maintenance logs and report on activities.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Assist with the installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing and HVAC systems.

Excellent troubleshooting skills.
