QC Engineer - Cavite Project

DREAMBUILDERS PRO INC.is a wholly owned subsidiary company and is considered the construction arm of a wellestablished Filinvest Development Corporation. It is considered the youngest member of the conglomerate but the fastest growing company in the Philippines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be able to conduct periodic field inspection
• Knowledge of basic structural principles and architectural finishes is a must
• Experience in punch listing with keen eyes on finishing works
• Able to prepare variation reports and findings
• Adept in plan reading and interpretation
• Conduct various test on materials and workmanship
• Inspect quality of materials delivery

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English Filipino
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Knowledge of basic structural principles and architectural finishes Experience in punchlisting with keen eyes on finishing works Must be able to conduct periodic field inspection Able to prepare variation reports and findings Inspect quality of materials delivery
• Preferably 14 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in General Trias Cavite.
