As a Real Time Analyst your role is vital in maintaining the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. You will be responsible for closely monitoring realtime performance data and making necessary adjustments in a timely manner to optimize productivity and maintain high quality standards.
Responsibilities include closely monitoring performance metrics in realtime to identify any trends patterns or areas that could benefit from improvement.
Work closely with different teams to enhance scheduling and staffing levels by utilizing workload forecasts
Examine past data and trends to provide proactive suggestions for enhancing processes
Create regular reports to effectively communicate important performance indicators and valuable insights
Facilitate smooth communication and workflow between different departments by acting as a liaison
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role ideally in a call center or customer service environment Strong proficiency in realtime monitoring tools and software
Proficient in analyzing intricate data and producing practical insights
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy and precision
