Foreman

Foreman Position Overview: We seek an experienced and dedicated Foreman to oversee our landscaping and general maintenance projects. The Foreman will manage a team ensure project timelines are met maintain quality standards and foster a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers and general maintenance workers.
• Plan schedule and oversee daily work activities to ensure efficient resource use and timely project completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inspect work sites to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain landscaping and maintenance equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and techniques.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise onsite promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and hours worked.
• Ensure all work is completed following company standards and client specifications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar landscaping and general maintenance role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of landscaping techniques tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as required.
