Are you the epitome of a sales leader with the drive and passion to develop and mentor a team of strong professionals in a remote work environment If so Netevia Platinum Direct has the perfect position for you a Division Sales Manager (Banking as a Service/Payments) position thats as challenging as it is rewarding.
As our DM youll be leading the charge in bringing our innovative Banking and Payments solutions to entrepreneurs throughout the country with no territory restrictions. But thats not all youll also be responsible for recruiting training and developing a topnotch sales team. And since youre a sales whiz yourself youll be running appointments with your reps and bringing out the best in your team.
Our DMs will always have the ability to sell if they desire. None of this sell to start but then lose that ability to enhance their personal income goals after a period of time. DMs are compensated with liberal overrides on their team so selling is not required as long as team goals can be met.
No sugar coating this isnt for the faint of heart. Its challenging and requires a strong business acumen along with the selfdiscipline to lead from your home office. But if youre a consultative sales leader with a passion for supporting others and being the best solutions to restaurants retail stores and B2B then lets talk.
Essential Responsibilities
We need someone who can recruit using social media and other mediums to bring in the best of the best.
Strong networking on professional job sites such as LinkedIn.
Youll be working independently and as part of a team so be prepared to walk the walk not just talk the talk.
We need someone adept at developing talent and a proven closer of sales with a track record to prove it.
Being a member of a business association or networking group is a plus but not a requirement.
This is a workfromhome field sales leadership opportunity with no territory restrictions on hiring or selling. If you can mentor them remotely you can hire them remotely
Must Haves
A minimum of 3 years of merchant services/payments or banking as a service sales experience.
1 year managing a team of sales associates.
You need a high sense of urgency and innate sales talent because this isnt a game its sales!
Communication is key so youll be keeping in regular touch with your sales leaders and reps training and coaching the Relationship Managers on your team.
