With our awardwinning product offering were dedicated to enhancing efficiency accuracy and compliance for businesses in the region helping them mitigate risks associated with financial crimes.

Who we are hiring

We are seeking a talented Product Owner with 23 years of experience to join our dynamic product management team. You will play a critical role in defining developing and managing our suite of capabilities focused on KYC KYB UBO AML and Monitoring solutions.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Help manage the product backlog defining and prioritising key features to deliver against the company product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with other members of the product team to coordinate development efforts and align them with overall product and business goals.
• Gather feedback and insights that help identify new opportunities for usercentred solutions which drive customer delight and user loyalty.
• Work with other members of the product team to ideate prototype and test continuous improvements to the layout and flow of user interactions within the company product & website to create seamless and intuitive user journeys.
• Develop and present product documentation and other collateral to support user engagement training gotomarket needs and help drive revenue growth.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design sales and compliance to define product strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct market research gather customer feedback and analyze data to identify new opportunities and improve existing products.
• Define product requirements and user specifications create user stories and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and within scope.
• Define and track key product metrics analyze data to measure product performance and make datadriven decisions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Resultsdriven with at least 23 years of proven experience in the compliance solutions industry.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferable but not essential.
• Experience in building innovative SaaS product highly preferred.
• Strong ability to translate user needs into actionable product requirements.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Datadriven mindset comfortable using analytics tools to make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and prioritisation skills with the ability to coordinate with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to work independently.
