Job Description:

Join our team as an Independent Maintenance Specialist where you can work up to 50 hours a week or as little as you want at a competitive pay rate of $25 to $35 per hour plus overtime if desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• We were looking for veterans to perform any of the following tasks such as general repairs plumbing electrical work painting carpentry assembly services flooring installation and repair outdoor maintenance home improvement projects and HVAC services.

• Acting project manager estimating costs and managing materials and supplies.

• Apply problemsolving abilities and attention to detail to provide topquality maintenance and repair services.

• Engage in projects that leverage your training and experience including troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions.

• Provide excellent customer service representing our company with professionalism and dedication.

Qualifications:

• Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply; your discipline reliability and commitment are highly valued.

• Experience in any of the specified areas is required; specialized training or certification (e.g. HVAC electrical plumbing) is a plus.

• Possess basic hand tools or tools specific to your trade.

• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Good communication skills and a customerfocused approach.

• Physical ability to perform various tasks including lifting climbing and working in different environments.
