The Compensation and Benefits and People Analytics Lead is responsible for the ongoing company s compensation and benefits programs and leveraging people analytics to drive HR strategy and decisionmaking. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of compensation benefits and HR analytics.

What you will be doing:

• Design implement and manage competitive compensation structures.
• Conduct WW market research to ensure the companys compensation packages are competitive.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans leave policies and wellness initiatives.
• People Analytics: Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as turnover retention and employee engagement.
• Strategic Decision Support: Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their needs and provide datadriven recommendations.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits management must
• Proven experience in people analytics and datadriven HR decisionmaking must
• Bachelors degree in Labor study Business Administration Economics Statistics or a related field must
• Master s degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
