• Education: DDS or DMD with 05 years of experience. Endodontic and implant experience preferred.
• Licensing: State license to practice dentistry and CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $180000.00 $260000.00 annually including a guaranteed day rate and productionbased incentives:
  • New Graduates: $650 $750 day rate
  • Experienced Dentists: $800 day rate (D.O.E.)
