About the Role:

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls with insurers customers and third parties to gather necessary information and negotiate claims.
• Manage a ledger of credit hire rental invoices ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Negotiate claims and settlements with various insurers and third parties to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Overseeing a portfolio of claims ensuring each case is handled efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations and resolution of claims.

About You:

• Previous experience in Sales Customer Service Claims/Collections or Automotive Industry is advantageous but not essential as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Tech savvy and strong administrative skills.
• Embody an enthusiastic and empathetic personality.
• Thrives in a teamoriented and collaborative work environment.
• Detailoriented and selforganised.
