Controlling and RIC Manager

*Prepares internal RIC reports and reviews for internal stakeholders in business and regional management.
* Contributes to M&A due diligence processes.
* Cooperates with external functions in accordance with the superior.
* Executes RIC trainings locally.
* Supports and assists the adherence to the ERM process (identify, assess, respond, monitor & report) with the primary goal to support the company achieving its business objectives by addressing material strategic, operational, financial and compliance-related risks and opportunities.
* Supports and controls responsible business leaders with regard to completeness and relevance of risk registers, clear assignment of responsibilities and appropriateness/follow-up of mitigation measures.
* Prepares annual risk workshops with management to identify and addresses new risks and opportunities.
* Monitors effectiveness of ERM ad hoc process.
* Prepares and support of quarterly Risk- and Internal Control Meetings.
* Supports Benchmarking activities.
* Supports further development of ERM methodology.
* Holds ERM trainings.
* Contributes to conceptual and project work related to controlling.
* May perform evaluations of assets and liabilities, and manages inventory measures on a regular term.
