Job Description
- Supports multiple projects/tasks within assigned area of Advanced HCM modules and related business applications (Taleo & Talent Management & Learning and Development & etc.)
- Review the technical solution designs, configuration aligned with the functional solution
- Conduct training for end users.
- Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation.
- Configures the system, tests the solution with users
- Supports users and stabilizes the solution, provides post go-live support
- Prepares the solution Blueprint for Advanced HCM implementations.
