Tasks

Overall responsibility for the legal advisory on new product and market launches:

• Independently provide expert legal advice on the launch of new and innovative products focusing on data protection compliance terms and conditions privacy policies etc.
• Advise on legal requirements for the development safety and market placement of our products to ensure full product compliance.
• Handle judicial and extrajudicial disputes in Germany and internationally
• Online Brand Protection: Oversee activities related to the protection of our brand in the online environment.
• Draft and review contractual provisions related to trademark and unfair competition law.
• Manage and oversee projects with significant legal implications ensuring successful and compliant outcomes.
• Working closely with the COO
• Improve and develop internal processes and guidelines to boost efficiency and streamline interactions between departments
• Assist by global roll out of ESG

Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Legal Counsel. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist)
• Ideally 12 years of legal experience but we encourage you to apply even if you have just completed your legal clerkship
• Indepth understanding of data protecting laws
• Proactive hands on mentality with the ability to provide independent and forwardthinking advice
• Communication and presentation abilities and a strong team spirit
• Excellent language skills of both English and German
