The candidate will be based in Toronto and will be responsible for selling Schweitzer products and services and promoting sales and new business to existing and potential clients.

• Promoting sales to existing clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell or crosssell products or services
• Identify and soliciting potential clients through market research to develop new business relationships
• Providing price quotes contract terms warranties and estimating delivery dates
• Negotiating terms and conditions to satisfy both client and company requirements
• Preparing sales documentation in compliance with company policies
• Providing ongoing support and after sales assistance to clients to support client retention
• Utilizing ecommerce solutions to reach and serve a broader client base
• Reviewing market information and conditions to stay updated on industry trends

The position will require some travel to meet clients and attend industry events and flexibility to work at times that may accommodate potential international clients of the Schweitzer group as necessary.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Familiarity with shopfitting sector preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively
• Strong problemsolving skills analytical thinking and able to generate new ideas to overcome challenges
• Empathic team player
• A clientfocused mindset
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and online sales strategies
• Postsecondary degree preferred
• excellent English skills

Benefits

Base salary of $58000 to $65000 plus potential discretionary bonus
